What we do

A close management system. Every task in the close is defined once with its owner, dependency, deadline and supporting evidence requirement, and the checklist runs itself: reminders, blockers surfaced immediately, and a live view of where the close stands. Reconciliations are prepared automatically from the ledger and bank data with only the exceptions requiring attention, recurring journal entries are proposed with support attached, and everything is retained as an audit-ready package with sign-offs and timestamps. Each close gets faster because the system learns what actually took time.
